RETURN POLICY

Aargo Lifestyle is committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes issues may occur with delivered products. This Return Policy explains the eligibility, process, and conditions for returning products.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products – If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • Incorrect Products – If the wrong product (SKU, type, or quantity) is delivered.

  • Expired Products – If the product is delivered past its expiry date.

  • Shortage in Quantity – If items are missing compared to the invoice.

  • Quality Issues – If the product quality is not suitable for use or sale.

Note: Products that are used, altered, repacked, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.


2. RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Submit a Return Request

  • Provide Required Documents

    • Copy of invoice

    • Product images (damaged/defective items)

    • Relevant details (batch number, expiry date, packaging condition, etc.)

  • Return Authorization (RA)
    After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  • Return the Product
    Send the product in its original packaging (if applicable) to the address provided by our team.

  • Shipping Charges

    • Company will bear shipping cost for damaged/defective products

    • In other cases, the customer/distributor may bear the cost

  • Inspection & Approval
    After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, further action will be taken.


3. RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Claims must be raised within 5 days of delivery

  • For transit damage, report within 24 hours of delivery

Late claims will not be accepted.


4. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & CREDIT

  • Replacement
    Approved products will be replaced within 3 working days

  • Credit Note
    If replacement is not possible, a credit note will be issued for future purchases

  • Refund
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method


5. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, labels, and seals

  • Should not be expired (unless received expired)

  • Must include proper proof (invoice, images, etc.)

  • Must have RA number


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Used, opened, or altered products

  • Discounted items (unless defective)

  • Free samples or promotional items

  • Customized or personalized products


7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • Report within 24 hours

  • Share photos of product and packaging

  • Keep original packaging intact

We will coordinate with the logistics provider for resolution.


8. CLAIM REJECTION

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Reported after the allowed timeframe

  • Product shows misuse or tampering

  • Product is used or damaged by customer

  • No RA number is provided

  • Item falls under non-returnable category
